The Keyboard Company at the Office Show

Today and tomorrow, on the 8th and 9th of October, the Keyboard Company is at the Office Show! If you want to come and see us and our wares, you can do so for free – providing you register first! Here’s a little more about the event:

Office* is a trade show for office professionals, so we’re showing off our business-oriented wares. That includes Filco and Matias mechanical keyboards for PCs and Macs, Roller Mouse and Ergo ergonomic mice, washable peripherals and much more. You’ll be able to have a go on any keyboard we’ve got at the show (which includes 12+ different varieties), so it’s a nice opportunity to try a new keyboard or switch. You can also score some free beer mats or emery boards just by showing up.

We’re running our demos this year on three Raspberry Pi boards, most connected to USB hubs to allow lots of keyboards and mice to be connected at once. It’s pretty cool to see Pis being used in this way, and of course it makes it easy for use to install Tux Typing on there!

If you’d like to come visit us at the Office Show, just register here for free and then turn up! We’re at booth 5030, which you’ll easily find by turning left at the info desk at the main entrance, then taking the first right and continuing along. You’ll also be able to find us using the brochures or the Office* app for iOS or Android, so don’t worry about it. If you’re in London and would like a chance to try out our range of mechanical, ergonomic and otherwise special keyboards and mice, then it’s a great opportunity to do so. You don’t even need to work in an office, just come along anyway!

John and Bruce will both be on hand, so if you’d like to pick the brains of some of the people behind the Keyboard Company then you’ve got ample opportunity to do so! I visited earlier this morning, and I’ll leave you with a nice gallery of photographs of the event:
