The Ten-Keyless version of the Majestouch-2
This is the 88 key version of Majestouch (the Majestouch without the number pad). With this compact keyboard, you can save space while having the same layout, and the same tactile feel as the existing Majestouch series.
You can customize your saved space by placing the ‘Ten Key Keypad’ (sold separately, see below) on your left side or right side, when you feel the need.
True N-key rollover
The functionality by which all the typed keys are recognized on the PC, even when many keys are typed simultaneously. All the keys typed simultaneously are recognized on the PS/2 port (limited to 6 keys typed simultaneously for the USB due to the specifications of USB). Completely dedicated electronic circuitry, a diode is soldered on the PCB for every key switch to prevent ‘counter currency’.
Solid and stylish
The rigid case construction gives a sure and comfortable typing experience with a specially designed font, for better visibility and a stylish and long lasting appearance.
An excellent feel with the ‘brown’ MX tactile feel key switch
The Cherry MX ‘brown’ key switch, gives a tactile feel without the audible click of the ‘blue’ switch, it has a long key stroke of 4mm with the actuation point (key press) at 2mm. Easy, fast and stress-free typing, the famous features of Cherry MX tactile feel.

Awesome keyboard. I’ve used several cordless Microsoft keyboards for the past few years and have always found either the wireless or the keys start to miss key presses just outside warranty. I’d heard good things about these keyboards for programmers and its all true, not a single missed key.
I didn’t think I needed the keypad though, which in hindsight I used a lot more than I realised. I’ve since our based the separate keypad and have my mouse mat between the two for easy access. This is expensive but worth every penny.

This keyboard is excellent. It feels sturdy, the keys aren’t overly loud and it’s very satisfying for typing. I owned a much cheaper blue switch keyboard before and this keyboard requires less pressure for typing and is quieter as well. I’m a touch type programmer and this keyboard is spot on.
The only feature I miss versus my previous keyboard is LED backlighting: the keys can be hard to see at night if your fingers aren’t resting on the keyboard but it’s no big deal.
The order itself went through without any drama and the shipping was fast (I received my keyboard the next day). Definitely no complaints there.

Really like the keyboard, bought for my son, who prefers the Cherry-Blue to Topre etc. For keyboards, if you use them a lot, a good keyboard is a real investment and feels so much nicer than using a cheap keyboard. So much better than the Apple keyboards or the PC keyboards that ship for ‘free’ with the computer.
Honestly don’t see these as expensive, they cost more than cheaper alternatives, but once you start using them, you appreciate why.

Very pleased with this – and a good job too. For the money and at my age it is probably a keyboard for life.
Build quality, weight and and feel remind me somewhat of old-school solid keyboards from before cost-shaved Chineseum became the norm.
The low-profile Logitech I used for a long time until now was decent enough but the never-used numeric keypad occupied too much desk space. This tenkeyless Filco solves that problem and the typing experience is in a different league.
My choice of Cherry silent reds was a guess but is spot on for me, being not too heavy and producing acceptably low noise in a shared space. They are a pleasure to use and becoming a little smoother. Although nice from the start, they did feel as though some bedding in would be beneficial.
The reasons for docking a star are that compared with some other premium keyboards, this one lacks the useful option to route the cable to different exit points and, perhaps at this price, I could quibble over the ABS keycaps.
Still, I am happy with my purchase and to recommend this keyboard. And also The Keyboard Company, for being significantly cheaper than Amazon on this item, providing efficient service and even including a useful promotional gift.

I have had the Filco Ninja Majestouch 2 with blue switches for over 5 years and it is a total joy to type on. However needing something quiet but still nice for going back to the office I have just taken delivery of the Silent RedsPinks.
I am typing this on the silent reds and cannot believe how quiet they actually are so wanted to thank you again for your great purchase advice. There are no clicks or pings and plenty of travel. I can’t actually believe how quiet is actually is. As you say, my colleagues wont have anything to complain about at all!

El teclado cumple completamente mis expectativas: es cmodo al escribir, y el sonido que emite, an siendo mayor que cualquier teclado de membrana, es bastante suave. Se siente muy robusto.
La nica pega que le encuentro es que requiere ms corriente de la que le proporcionan los hubs USB con los que lo he probado, por lo que para que funcione correctamente debe estar conectado directamente al PC o a un hub con alimentacin propia.

It’s a great keyboard – solid and a pleasure to type on. I prefer to have the keyboard on my lap, and its significant mass makes this arrangement quite stable. It’s worth noting that the clicks of the MX Blue switches are fairly loud. This took me a little while to get used to as I was previously using only a 2014 MacBook keyboard. It’s not a problem for me at all, but I imagine it could be for some users for others it seems to be a positive selling point.

Very happy to own this keyboard personally, as I’ve been using one for work for the last 3 years. Excellent for both Mac and PC, although I may need to get some custom keys to show the keybind differences.
The brown cherry switches are fantastic for typing, being light enough that finger strain is rare even when working all day, whilst being tactile enough that touch typing is fast and easy.

For a couple of years I have been using a Cherry MX 3000 with Blue Switches because I like it LOUD. Unfortunately I now share my home-office with other family members and they don’t share my enthusiasm for the clackety-clack of those switches. Not wanting to go back to a membrane keyboard I decided on this Filco Majestouch with SilentRed switches and in a Tenkeyless form to get some desk space back.
It’s a nice keyboard, solid feel, quite heavy for a keyboard so stays put on the desk and is very quiet – as quiet or quieter than membrane keyboards I have on hand. Now the family ire is turned on my Cherry MX Brown-switch using son. I don’t miss the numpad and realise that I could do without the function keys, caps lock (that brings nothing but grief) and a bunch of other keys.
Overall the Majestouch is a very decent keyboard, I think a bit overpriced at £120 but you are paying for the Filco name, genuine Cherry switches, solid build and a serious business look without all that RGB gamer nonsense. I knew what I was getting and have no regrets. Would buy again from keyboardco in a heartbeat.

I wanted a keyboard without a number pad as I err towards paper clutter on my desk. This meets that need with the added benefit that it is so much more satisfying to use than my old keyboard. There is a solidity to it, to do quality work one needs quality tools.

Un teclado excelente. Slido y con peso apropiado para que no se deslice al teclear o empujarlo accidentalmente. La sensacin al pulsar las teclas es maravillosa (MX Brown). Se nota el cuidado del detalle de Filco, un fabricante japons.
Ha llegado en 2 das con Royal Mail y sin ningn desperfecto en el paquete. Vena muy bien embalado.
Yo antes usaba un IBM Model M, pero, aunque me encantaba, era demasiado ruidoso y tema molestar a los vecinos por la noche. Adems, el IBM era demasiado grande (mucho desperdicio por aqu y por all), con lo que no me caba casi nada en la mesa. Ahora no volvera a mi viejo IBM: la sensacin del Filco Majestouch-2 al teclear es fantstica.
Adems, el Filco tiene el tamao justo para que quepan las teclas, no hay desperdicio extra innecesario al rededor (pero el especio interior y entre teclas es perfectamente adecuado). Eso, unido a que el mio no tiene teclado numrico, hace que puedas tener el ratn ms cerca y que ambos ucupen mucho menos espacio. Eso, si utilizas dos monitores en ngulo delante de ti (en forme de V invertida), se agradece un montn, pues no ests chocndote todo el rato con el ratn en la esquina de uno de los monitores.
The Keyboard Company han sido sper atentos, con informacin puntual sobre mi pedido y rapidsimos en el envo. No tengo duda de que si tengo que volver a comprar un teclado, lo har con ellos.
Lo nico que he echado en falta ha sido ms marcas en su catlogo en espaol (aunque yo realmetne iba buscando este modelo y configuracin de Filco que he comprado, con MX Cherry Brown). Tambin echo de menos recambios de teclas Filco en espaol. Espero que con el tiempo podrn corregir ambas cosas.

This is by far the best keyboard I ever tried. Perfect for programing and writing papers. Was using Cherry G80 and MX-Board (brown) for two decades and trying Apple keyboards once in a while. The keys here feel much better than in Cherry’s own keyboards, the board’s weight is perfect and so is even the cable mount.
