Overview
The Keychron K2 is a super Bluetooth or wired keyboard giving you all the keys and functions you need while keeping it compact and with one of the largest batteries seen in a mechanical keyboard.
Connect with your phone, laptop or iPad. Connect the keyboard wirelessly via Bluetooth with up to 3 devices, and switch between them with fn + 1, 2 or 3. You can also use the USB to type-C cable to connect the keyboard to your devices and/or charge the keyboard.
Tactile feel Gateron Brown switches with a lifespan of 50 million keystrokes and more.
Compatible with all operating systems from Mac to Android to Windows. K2 is one of the few mechanical keyboards featuring Mac layout media keys. It allows you to use all the same media keys as conventional macOS. Every K2 keyboard comes with 3 specific keycaps for Mac and Windows, respectively.
K2’s 85 key design retains all the essential function keys like Page Up/Down, Home, End, and Screen capture (cmd+shift+4) which are important for your productivity. With N-key rollover (NKRO on wired mode only) you can register as many keys as you can press at once without missing out characters.
Designed to be a wireless mechanical keyboard that everyone would love to use in everyday work. The streamline plastic frame with curved profile keycaps creates an unbeatable feel and the 6 degree typing angle gives unrivaled comfort.
With 4000 mAh battery K2 has 25% more battery capacity than the Apple Magic keyboard, 2.7x more than the Logitech Craft Keyboard, 4x more than Hexgear’s X1 and two times more than the Keychron K1 Keyboard. This ensures that K2 lasts as long as it can with a single charge.
Engineered with more than 15 types of RGB light and comes with different styles (flashing, breathing, or static etc) which will match up to your mood. Simply press the light bulb key or fn + right arrow to achieve it.

No problems at all, delivery was insanely quick and the keyboard is magnificent. Having a Mac keyboard which is small and wireless really makes my desk where I work look nice and clean so I can focus more on my work. No problems with the keyboard company, would definitely recommend!

Fast efficient delivery by TheKeyboardCo, so no complaints there!
In terms of the keyboard itself, it’s excellent! Having used Apple’s Magic Keyboards for the last 10 or so years, I wanted to try a mechanical keyboard and the Keychron K2 gets good reviews all over the net.
And I can see why. It’s a lovely keyboard and I doubt I’ll be switching back to the Apple Keyboard.
The only thing to be aware of is that the RGB backlighting is pretty pointless. I bought the RGB version as opposed to the white backlight with a vague thought that perhaps I’d use the coloured backlighting to highlight function keys or whatever.
I knew from reading reviews online that you couldn’t configure the RGB patterns, only use the ones built in, so it wasn’t a key consideration in my purchase.
But in practice the backlighting seems pretty pointless to me as it’s not visible in normal ambient light. Its very visible in low light conditions but then if you worked in those kind of conditions you’d soon strain your eyes. So for me at least, the RGB backlighting is pretty pointless.

My first mechanical keyboard, switched from an old Corsair which had way more keys than I needed. Wanted to downsize and this is perfect for me. Was a little worried it would be too small as I am a 3d modeller and use a lot of hotkeys but after a while I have found it doesn’t affect my work in any means at all.
Brown keys feel really nice with a great sound, very satisfying. Great selection of keyboard backlit colours.
Would highly recommend to anyone. If you’re on the fence about purchasing this, take the plunge and do it!

I had a specific need for a keyboard. It had to be compact but I still needed dedicated function keys thus elimating a 60% keyboard. As I am also switching use between my home computer and my work laptop. There aren’t too many options available and a friend recommended Keychron to me. I’m happy with quality for the price. I would need to spend a significantly higher amount to get this specific type of keyboard at a higher quality. The bluetooth just works and I have not experienced any dropouts. I have a Corsair K65 wireless which has become a paperweight as I could never get it to connect. I like the fact that there is no software which makes it perfect for a work laptop with restricted administrative access. I would recommend purchasing a keyboard wrist rest as it quite high and can become uncomfortable. The RGB options are more than enough for me. The only slight negative is the spring noise but I’ve never used Gateron or brown switches before so that might be a trait of the switch. Definitely recommend buying this keyboard.

I couldn’t think of a better keyboard to enter de mechanical keyboard world, it is beautiful and really stands out on my desk, giving it a unique character. I would definitely recommend buying it along with the palm rest, as the keyboard sits normally higher than a regular one, and the palm rest does make a difference.
Also I placed my order with the Keyboard Co. and received in 48 hours with Royal Mail as they said, no issues whatsoever and pretty straight forward communication with them.

This keyboard is absolutely amazing if you were to be using it on an iMac, in my opinion I preferred to use the brown switches instead of the blue one as its more convenient and better to use rather than the blue as the blue makes too much noise as I’m typing and it can be an disturbance to someone that’s why I went with the brown switch as its more subtle too. Furthermore, this company is amazing as they were very informative with regards to my order and they were keeping me up to date regularly about it and also the delivery was extremely fast which I was very happy and pleased about. I would also recommend this product and shop if you were to be purchasing other peripherals for your system. Would definitely shop purchase products from you guys again, I really appreciate it, THANK YOUUU⭐️

Recently just purchased this and all I can say that it is absolutely amazing to use, no problems at all whatsoever. In addition, they were really informative with the order tracking and it was shipped to me very quickly, cant thankyou enough. This keyboard is perfect in all as its just the right one, perfect to type with and not to noisy or annoying. Would definitely recommend this product, especially if youre using it on a MAC. Will definitely be purchasing from you guys again

This keyboard is excellent to type with and very easy to set up. The interoperability with the mac is what made me purchase and I dont regret it at all. The service from the keyboard company was just as high of a standard!

Great to find a Mac wireless keyboard with proper keys. Lovely keys and fits nicely on my desk. I like the size and layout but there are a few significant drawbacks:
1. Once the Mac has gone off line the keyboard no longer communicates with the computer. That means to type in the password I have to keep my original keyboard nearby to start up the Mac – very frustrating
2. To save battery life the keyboard needs to switch itself off and then takes a few keystrokes to start up – I have many opening sentences missing the first three characters
3. Shortish battery life before needing a charge

My first mechanical keyboard with brown switches. This is an excellent keyboard, there are other brands out there but this is bang for your buck! UK ISO is difficult to find and they sell quick. Grab yours now while you can.
Delivery and customer service is first class. Higly recommend the product and Keyboardco.

Best keyboard I ever used! Compact, wireless and can connect up to 3 devices via Bluetooth! RGB lighting is also very cool feature as side. Recommend to everyone who use Mac or Windows, there are switchable keys for both system. Delivery was quick and clear communication from Keyboard Co. Highly recommended.

Very good keyboard with great functionalities.
It works very well with windows PC but for Mac it takes a while until the keyboard is connected with the bluetooth everytime it turns off (more of a Mac problem than the keyboard, but I think is worth saying).
The process with Keyboard Company was actually fast, they shipped quickly but since I ordered from Germany, it took a very long time to the product be delivered. I know that this was not the company’s fault but it was a negative point for me. And if someone would order from the EU I also think you should consider this before.
But very happy with the purchase.

An absolutely cracking keyboard! Reluctant to spend the money at first, as I am a university student, but the mechanical feel of this keyboard has really boosted productivity. Excellent piece of kit and really a necessity for those who want a mechanical mac replacement keyboard for their Magic Keyboard.
