USA Topre Realforce 104UBS Silent Variable Black on Black Keyboard

Using it at work, it's been great so far - really nice typing experience (especially the different key weights), quiet and nice layout. It is quite pricey, so I would recommend trying out Topre before ordering - not for everyone.

It's still fresh as just received 2 days ago. But actually I find it well build, not exactly as my expectation as I was used to Cherry Brown and Cherry Speed, so I was used to the mechanical feedback. While this Topre is a half solution. For sure it's very silence, but I'm not sure if it could be a valid substitute of the pure mechanical keyboards. Meanwhile typing on this keyboard does not bother the neighbors.

A great keyboard, pricey but I believe it is worth every penny.

Typing is very smooth and comfortable. As the keyboard is pretty high (as all mechs) I recommend getting a wrist rest - it will be more comfortable and speed you up.

Main reason I went with this keyboard regardless of price is that people said it is the quietest mech keyboard on the market - and I can confirm! My colleagues are all in awe how quiet it is, even quieter than macbook laptop keyboards or some slim Razer keyboards they use. If you need a QUIET high quality mechanical keyboard, go with this one! I don't think even brown cherries with o-rings are this quiet...

Fantastic keyboard, super quiet and easily usable in an office setting which is exactly what I wanted it for. Feels great to type on and the build quality is second to none.

This is a very nice keyboard, it is as loud as a regular rubber dome keyboard, the production quality is impeccable and the Topre switches are great as always. The variable key weights are only noticeable if you look for them and don't bother me while typing.

This is an excellent keyboard by Topre, performing admirably out of the box, both in terms of tactile feedback, switch weighting and audible feedback (this silenced version translates into the excellent 'thock' sound associated with Topre without the higher pitched 'clack' that the switch makes upon its release.)

Given its high price, prospective buyers should note that all Topre keyboards have rubber domes that gradually (over the course of several years) harden, slightly changing the feel of the keyboard and increasing the perceived weight of the switches.
