Within moments Helen proved both friendly and knowledgeable. Naturally this company got the order! The product arrived promptly and well packed. I immediately plugged in this excellent keyboard and sent a Thank you. Well done!

I have received my keyset, thank you, and I am very pleased with them.I’m using them on the Filco keyboard I got from you a couple of years ago.

I received my order 🙂 It was very pleasant to work with you! Thank you for your job!

I received my new keyboard and just wanted to say thanks. Packaging was top notch, keyboard is great and my girlfriend likes small nail file gift. Cat also approved packaging. Everyone is happy 🙂

I wanted to give you all a surprise by thanking you very much for your help last week and assisting me to buy my magnificent Matias Quiet Pro. I am really pleased with it it feels comfortable and is a real pleasure to use after the nasty shallow little things I have been forced to put up with for the last few years. In terms of feedback, the only thing I am having to get used to is that because the keyboard is much wider than the funny little Apple keyboard they give you nowadays, the mouse is a l-o-n-g way away to the right, and until you get used to it you tend to bump the mouse against the edge of the keyboard. But this will soon adjust itself and the comfort of the keyboard would make it worth it if you had to walk across the room to use the mouse. I shall be recommending you!

I would like to thank you for fast completion of my order 🙂 I received my parcel yesterday and am so genuinely happy with my new keyboard.

Thank you for your kind assistance.

Thank you very much for the quick response. I wish all retailers had this level of customer service.
