USA Majestouch MINILA 67 Key MX Red Soft Linear Keyboard - FFKB67MRL/EB

We focused on the least frequently used digits, the thumbs, and let them work with the Function keys.
Just keep your thumbs busy and you'll get a lot of work done much easier than on a normal keyboard!
You can use whichever thumb you want.
This keyboard can work well for anybody!
Professionals, intermediate or even beginner class!
Once you get used to typing on MINILA, you will not want to go back typing on a normal keyboard!
[Design rights pending]

You can use MINILA even more conveniently with FN keys
You can type cursor keys with a combination of FN key.
Pressing FN key and E/S/D/F simultaneously corresponds to up/left/down/right respectively.
With this solution, you can keep your home position and still type arrows very easily.
Pressing FN key plus the [:;] key simultaneously functions as backspace.
This will allow you to command backspace without changing your home position.
These combinations will offer you a faster typing environment.

USA Majestouch MINILA 67 Key MX Red Soft Linear Keyboard - FFKB67MRL/EB

I have used this keyboard for almost a year now as a daily keyboard for work with my MacBook Air. I write a lot, use a lot of keyboard shortcuts and function keys, I like to use the mouse as little as possible. I was of course slightly worried that the compact layout would interfere with this, that the space bar would take a lot of getting used to and that the function keys wouldn't work well.

As it turns out, it works very well. I decided to go for the USA layout because of the larger shift key on the left hand side, and I am glad I did. The standard apple keyboard layout is a sort of hybrid between US and UK, but the USA layout just edged it for me.

The cherry red switches seem a good choice to me, but everyone has their own preference. The low actuation force and linear travel is something I have really come to appreciate, and have definitely increased the speed of my typing to the point where people comment on itI usually attribute it to the keyboard!

The only few changes I made were to switch the 'win CMD' and 'alt' keys to mirror the mac layout (made easy by the supplied key puller), and to use Karabiner to reassign a couple of keys from the function row (although on Sierra these seem to have mapped better than they did on El Capitan, so this may not be necessary for everyone).

All in all very happy with it, the battery life has also been very impressive (I haven't changed the batteries in 8 months, but I also turn the keyboard off with the switch every day, since I store it in a locker).
