It’s a fantastic keyboard, the Bluetooth functionality for switching between different devices is quick and easy – life changer… Have to get a mouse now that’ll do the same too!

The unit I got had little to no lubricant in the switches, so they are not super smoothlittle scratchy, but I’m pretty sure it was a 1100 scenario, as I had also bought the K2v2 and the same switches were perfectly lubed!

Would highly recommend! Great customer service too!

First entry into the mechanical keyboard realm, a really solid all rounder and a great option to start with, no required software is a huge plus and the shared mediafunction keys can be flipped with a shortcut, build quality is very nice for this price range and serviceability isn’t impacted in the slightest.
I do recommend some new keycaps to replace these somewhat cheap feeling ABS types but the biggest upgrade is using the box foam to fill the empty chamber at the bottom of the board, there are plenty of guides and posts online for help doing this, 2 hour job at the very most and is a night and day difference to acoustics.
Absolutely recommend this board if you’re comfortable doing a few basic upgrades, be sure to get the hot-swap switches too, will be much cheaper in the long run if you want to experiment.

A great, solidly built keyboard. Absolute joy to type on. Easy to set up and get the various features working. Really love the more compact layout and that it is simple to connect to various devices over bluetooth – used with both linux and windows machines.

NB: For anyone planning to use this with linux, there is a bit of additional setting up required to get the function keys working properly. It is a simple process and the instructions are easy to find by googling terms like: keychron linux function keys.

Super responsive customer service, quick delivery.
The K8 is just perfect for me also didn’t resist and bought another K3 :).
Comparing K8 with K3 on K3 back light is brighter however the feelings are much better on K8.
If you buy K8 i suggest wrist rest to be considered as well as the profile is quite high…
Nothing than that .

Great keyboard for Mac Users. This is the second keyboard I have purchased from Keyboard Co. The first was a Filco which I used with my Windows PC. The K8 has replaced the Filco (for the time being) as I can connect to both Windows and Mac at the switch of a couple of buttons. Excellent service from the Keyboard Co.

Very nice keyboard, pairs up easily with laptops. The hot-swappable option means it’s easy to set the correct keys to match Windows Mac layouts. The weight of the aluminium body makes it stable on the desk. I didn’t see the need to use a wrist rest, when not using the built-in legs.

A very good mechanical keyboard with RGB backlighting. That has both Windows and Mac keycaps. You can use it on up to 3 Bluetooth devices that you can switch between with a click of a button or use it wired via a USB C cable.
My only issue is that the stock keycaps paint etc wears very quickly, as least if you remove them with the puller tool. However, they of course are replaceable.

The keyboard is pretty good for office use. Also, a pretty good entry level mechanical keyboard with bluetooth function. I would say the down sides for this keyboard would be the switches could be better (the gateron brown has a lot of wobble) and not the whole case of the keyboard is metal.

As a lifelong Mac user, I miss good old days of proper keyboards and mice – rather than Apples newer flat, laptop style keyboards and awful gesture mice that you have to flip over to charge. The last decent keyboard from Apple was the Alps made coloured iMac keyboards.

Uk, Mac layout keyboards are few and far between – nice looking ones are non existent- until now.

The Keychron is an amazing bit of kit – reassuringly heavy, alloy frame, with nice soft to the touch key caps. Backlight has hundreds of possibilities – some of them a bit to bonkers for my taste!

Typing takes a couple of days to get used to if you’ve not had a mechanical keyboard for a while, but once you’re used to it its quick, tactile, and I personally make less mistakes than I did with Apples flat membrane effort.

Amazing bit of kit – totally worth it.

I switched to this board from a Razer Huntsman TE and I could not be happier. The Gateron Brown switches are much better for typing and the board itself is very sturdy and very high quality, keycaps could be slightly better however. But with hot-swappable switches I feel like I won’t buy another keyboard in a long time.
