This is the 88 key version of Majestouch (the Majestouch without the number pad). With this compact keyboard, you can save space while having the same layout, and the same tactile feel as the existing Majestouch series.
You can customize your saved space by placing the ‘Ten Key Keypad’ (sold separately, see below) on your left side or right side, when you feel the need.
The functionality by which all the typed keys are recognized on the PC, even when many keys are typed simultaneously. All the keys typed simultaneously are recognized on the PS/2 port (limited to 6 keys typed simultaneously for the USB due to the specifications of USB). Completely dedicated electronic circuitry, a diode is soldered on the PCB for every key switch to prevent ‘counter currency’.
The rigid case construction gives a sure and comfortable typing experience with a specially designed font, for better visibility and a stylish and long lasting appearance.
The Cherry MX ‘brown’ key switch, gives a tactile feel without the audible click of the ‘blue’ switch, it has a long key stroke of 4mm with the actuation point (key press) at 2mm. Easy, fast and stress-free typing, the famous features of Cherry MX tactile feel.

As a mechanical ‘virgin’, I originally bought the Filco Tenkeyless with the MX Brown keys and whilst the key action was fantastic, it was quite noisy for my environment so KeboardCo very kindly let me test the silent red side by side and overall the silent red won…
As others have said, the quality is top notch and way above my previous keyboard. I’ll see how the key caps go but I can’t fault it at the moment.

Great keyboard. Solis construction. Great key action. I don’t use the number pad so this more compact keyboard is great. Saves a lot of desk space over my previous one.

I tried to go cheap and buy from China AliExpress but regretted it. The Filco range are premium keyboards and I’ve used one of mine for around 8 months without any issues. They’re durable and use genuine Cherry MX keys – my favourite are the MX Blue and Brown. I’d leave the Pink as it has far too much touch force and I find it fatiguing to type on. For an office environment just pick Brown – if you work alone then pick Blue. Works perfectly with Mac.

This is another typical Filco built-like-a-tank keyboard.
I bought this as a quieter alternative to the tenkeyless Ninja with MX reds. Even with dampers fitted, the key-up noise made it a little noisier at home than it should be- even though it otherwise felt solid.
This keyboard, with the MX red silent switches (a.k.a. MX pink). Is noticeably quieter. It’s not silent, of course, but the noise from the ordinary keys is quieter and lower in frequency, so it’s a lot less annoying. Keys feel a bit more resistive, and the travel is possibly shorter-it’s somewhere between the MX reds and the Matias switches, being easier on the fingers than the latter.
It’s a typical Filco keyboard, so you know what you’re getting in terms of upsides and downsides. The build quality is always first-rate. Unlike my old Ninja, it didn’t seem to come with a key puller, however.
The other downsides:
It won’t talk to USB 3 sockets with most chipsets, so if you only have USB 33.x sockets free, you might have to rethink what’s plugged in where.
The keycaps are comfy, but feel like typical Filco ABS keycaps, so they will probably go as shiny as my old Ninja did right away, and the legends may well wear off. It’s a pain to have to plan to spend a large amount of extra money to replace the caps on a keyboard of this quality.
Stabilised keys (the space bar being the most stark example) are still quite loudrattly- there are mods you can attempt here, but don’t expect them to be super-quiet. The keyboard is still overall for a mechanical.
Overall, I’m pleased with this keyboard. It’s not perfect but it’s pretty great. As a home keyboard for gaming and general PC use, it’s a bit less antisocial than most mechanical options, and it has a great comfy rock-solid feel in use. Very nice.
(Service from keyboardco was a great as ever, of course.)

This was my first purchase from The Keyboard Company and I would have to say I have been very impressed – not only with their comprehensive product range but also with the whole ordering and delivery process – my keyboard arrived well packaged and on the specified delivery date.
As for the keyboard itself, a UK Filco Majestouch-2, Tenkeyless, I am very happy with the product. It is very well made and has a pleasing touch and feedback.

Good service, delivered on time. Very sturdy, well-built keyboard. Light touch, crisp, a completely different experience from previous Logitech product. Will take some getting used to, but the first impression is good.

Have two of this keyboard model with Cherry Brown and Cherry Red. Filco’s keyboard quality is always good. I might try Cherry Blue later.

Perfect mechanical keyboard. Reminiscent of Topre but even quieter as far as I can tell. Very classy. Love it.

Definitely an excellent keyboard!
As reported by other reviewers, weight is a surprise, but a heavy keyboard is stable and give a strong feeling of sturdiness. The brown cherry keys and the TKL compact layout are exactly what I’m looking for about keys feeling and noise.
Another unusual element for me is the height of the keyboard: I’m used to laptop keyboards and other pretty flat keyboards with limited key displacement, and I dont feel too comfortable resting my palm on the table while typing, Ill certainly add a palm rest of few centimeters to get my resting hands more leveled with the keys.
Finally the only regret I have is the absence of backlighting, not a gamer-style rainbow flashing effects, but just simple backlight. Ive had this option on several other keyboards and I kind of miss it, but no mistake, overall this is an excellent keyboard I would recommend to anyone. Just try various cherry key mechanisms before to choose the one you prefer, its mostly a personal choice (although you may want to avoid clickynoisy keys if you’re not alone around the keyboard).

I’ve had this keyboard for a week and it’s fantastic. As others have said, it’s very sturdy and delightful to type on.
I got it with the Cherry Brown switches which are great in a crowded office; not as noisy as the Blues but just as pleasant to type on because of the tactile bump (in my opinion.)
The only downside to this keyboard is that I now am so spoiled by it that I need to buy another one for home… be careful, these things are addictive!

Great keyboard! The only feature I am missing from my old PFU Happy Hacking Keyboard Lite 2 is a USB port to connect the mouse.
I would have ordered a ninja had I known the key printing was so noticeable at my fingertips, but now I am perfectly happy with it. Conversely, the windows keys I expected to distinguish to the touch is not like in the photos but equal to the control or meta surrounding them.
Another surprise was the plastic packaging that can be used as an everyday cover to protect the key from dust.
All in all, it is a great keyboard I am enjoying every time I use emacs, with its big, equal sized, ctrl meta super keys.

This keyboard types like a dream. It fits into my laptop bag and the keystroke noise level is well within acceptable boundaries to use at an office.
They keyboard is sturdy and feels like it will last a life time.

Filco Majestouch 2: it’s great, I’m very happy with it, would be great if it came with a key puller, and a pair of apple CMD caps for Mac users!

Lovely, sturdy keyboard. My first mechanical keyboard and I can immediately see what all the fuss is about. If the main thing that you do in your job is type, then get a decent keyboard ASAP.

Perfect keyboard, perfect switches, perfect service. I don’t think I could ask for any more. The build quality is outstanding, the US layout is preferable to the UK layout for myself, the pinks are very quiet compared to regular reds, they feel a little heavier compared to my last keyboard but not massively so. Highly recommended product from a great merchant.
