Good Keyboard.
From a software developers point of view:
I think my Model M is slightly better as the keys are stiffer.
The build quality is 100% better than a Unicomp.
Very Heavy, however had to ensure desk had no polish on it to stop keyboard moving around. Used a pencil eraser to do this

It’s my first mechanical keyboard. I’ve been using it daily for ~3 months, and I can honestly say it’s worth it. The only small flaw qualitywise I’ve found is the right side of the space bar rattles noticably when tapped lightly.
My main experiences:
– my first impression was how small and how heavy it was.
– the rubber feet are quite sticky, so combined with the weight it’s impossible to accidentally move it.
– unlike the membrane keyboards I’ve had, the keys practically don’t rattle and don’t shift sideways.
– the keys don’t get stuck if pressed around the edge. I can hardly feel any differene in force no matter where I press them.
– the bump is very slight, but it can be felt, you just need to learn to feel it. On the other hand, it doesn’t interfere with typing and makes it very easy.
– the blank key tops are really easy to clean.
– the front legends, if you need them, while clearly seen in daylight, are impossible to see at night, if the screen is the only source of light.
– I could never quite touch type before, now I can.
– I can’t bear my old membrane keyboard any more.

I got this keyboard for office work, and it works prime for me. The blue MX switches gives a good feedback when typed, and keeps the workflow on top.
I got the extra Danish letters, very easy to replace with the tool they came with.
I highly recommend this company.

I’ve had my Filco Majestouch Ninja keyboard for almost six years now. I use it daily and it’s still in excellent condition. Having the letters printed in front is brilliant because they don’t fade. I love the solid weight of it and the feel of the keys as I type. Highly recommended.

Solid keyboard, great feel and responsiveness. Sits well on the desk with good rubber pads to keep it in place. Appears to have very high build quality and expect this keyboard will last a very long time! A few small negatives: The keyboard sits quite high, if you often rest your forearms on the desk, you may need a wrist rest. If you use the riser feet at the back, and then push the keyboard on the desk, they tend to fold back under… this may go away as the rubber feet toughen with time.
Additional comments, would be nice to have a USB hub integrated into the keyboard to plugin a mouse or thumb drive.
Royal Mail was a bit slow, but it arrived as expected in about 2 weeks. Keyboard Company was fast and efficient, with nice follow up after to make sure everything was as expected, would definitely order from them again!

I live in Sweden but I still return to Keyboard Company when looking for a new keyboard. Obviously I wanted the Swedish version, but unfortunately it wasn’t available. No big deal to me since the UK version has the same key layout. At the office I’m using the tenkeyless version of this keyboard. Still going strong after almost five years of daily abuse.
At the time of writing we’re in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, and when working from home I want the best keyboard money can buy. Simple choice, Filco. Once again from Keyboard Company. A winning combo. The delivery was fast and here I am, just a few days after ordering, typing on my new keyboard with a one million dollar smile on my face. There’s no keyboard out there to compare it with. It’s at another level.
The only downside is that the cord is not detachable. I only have USB-C ports on my new laptop so I need to use an adapter. No problem, and I still have no other choice but to give it five stars because of how much I enjoy typing on it. That’s five stars to the keyboard, but also five stars to Keyboard Company for excellent customer service. I’ll be back!

Probably the best keyboard I own, and I specify and purchase all high-end hardware in my job.
Improves accuracy, audible and haptic feedback really good. Solid quality heavy base, dish on keycaps reasonably good.
Ninja keycaps reduces password theft (and keyboard pilfering)!
Quality deep symbol print.
Might go for the non Ninja keycaps as I touch type and have to take hands-off for some unusual symbol keys.
Might also go for a tenkeyless model for cramped desks.
One thing I note is for my PC, post-power-up, I must toggle offon the keyboard to switch it on – presumably because of USB hub and distance from unit whereas old backlit Roccat did not need that.
Originally wanted MX greens but the blues are perfect for all day coding.
Agree the USB cable could be longer and if it were detachable that would save on longevity issues.
Could do with a fancy multi-function wheel and backlightingUSB passthrough like the DAS (which doesn’t have Ninja key option).
Well packaged and delivered in good time by a courier that actually turned up.

This was the replacement via a new order for the 10 keyless (who knew ?) version that I originally ordered and includes the 10 keys I was missing before. Delivery was quick and the conversation about refunds and the new order very painless. The keyboard itself is solid and a pleasure to use. Loud ‘FILCO Ping’ is the only issue, solved partly by filling the echo chamber at the base of the keyboard.
Overall very pleased though and the company is a pleasure to deal with. Will use both again.

Filco’s Ninja has the same layout as a standard UK keyboard, but instead of having legends on the top of the keys it has legends on the front of the keys. This Keyboard combines the high quality typing feel of Cherry MX switches, steel mounted in a rock solid body with full N-key Rollover function, all put together in a very slick package. N-Key Rollover allows multiple simultaneous key presses to be recognized by your computer. A big help for the superfast typist or serious gamer. These keyboards just make you want to type. This was the replacement via a new order for the 10 keyless (who knew ?) version that I originally ordered and includes the 10 keys I was missing before. Delivery was quick and the conversation about refunds and the new order very painless. The keyboard itself is solid and a pleasure to use. Loud ‘FILCO Ping’ is the only issue, solved partly by filling the echo chamber at the base of the keyboard.
Overall very pleased though and the company is a pleasure to deal with. Will use both again.
