Before locating keyboardco.com I had been scouring the Internet for months searching for a professional-looking and quality-high mechanical ISO-it keyboard which, of course, was either never in stock, or otherwise absent.
Other so-called gaming mechanical keyboard offers typically failed in some way quality-wise, or were just too flashy.
Indeed, the market for professional keyboards directed at professional or hobbyist typists seems quite small these days.
It was with great pleasure that I finally could find a company willing to stock and supply such a keyboard, while myself had almost resigned to build one on my own.
It was indeed a great pleasure and a great surprise that keyboardco.com actually managed to acknowledge my order and ship my keyboard virtually on the same day I had provided payment, as well as providing one optimal customer support line that, simply put, was extremely professional and extremely efficient.
Less-than-stellar was the actual shipping company and its delivery efforts, despite the express delivery being paid for, yet it must be reminded that such is absolutely not the fault of keyboardco.com, and that shipping companies are just third-parties offering delivery services, however those may qualify. Regardless, keyboardco.coms customer support held-up its excellent qualities, and helped me through the process of sorting-out certain mishaps that happened during shipment efforts, due to the shipping companys distinct lack of communication despite customer contacts being provided for.
As for the keyboard itself, it simply is solid, robust, efficient, and durable. Very few equivalents in the market, aside from probably some custom-built solutions, can come close to such a design and manufacturing quality.
It may lack hot-swappable keys, yet this model is clearly not meant for frequent switch swapping, just distinguished and frequent typing.
And it may lack flashier features from gaming equivalents, yet those matter in practice little even to e-sports players.
Although cherry-type brown switches are often looked-down upon, brown switches actually strike a comfortable balance between the lighter red switches and the clicking and stiffer blue switches.
Especially if getting a first-time-ever mechanical keyboard, brown switches are probably the most favorable to grow a taste for mechanical keys and how responsive they can be, while avoiding more specific features that non-brown switches can provide, yet can also be heavily disliked by a typist on account of personal preferences.
Definitively thus, a keyboard for typing, not experimenting. Yet, those wishing to experiment may very well learn how to manufacture their own keyboards, they will find that cheaper on the long run.
I would absolutely recommend acquiring this keyboard through keyboardco.com. Their first-party way of doing business and subsequent support clearly distinguish them from the ocean of corporatized, yet often finicky and unresponsive, larger distributors.
And they did not even put a character limit upon reviews!

The Keyboard Co. is a rare company, they are knowledgable, helpful and friendly with staff who answered the phone and went the extra mile to help us get the right keyboard for our needs.
The Filco Majestouch-2 that we purchased is an excellent quality keyboard without being overly expensive, great value for money supplied with super support. We really cannot say enough good things, and will always recommend Keyboard Co. to friends, family and work colleagues. Thanks for doing what you do. 😀 👍

Fantastic keyboard, nice price point, lovely to type on, solid build and will last you years. Good choice for the office too if you go for the silent reds (Chris in HR can’t complain about incessant clacking). Helen and the team at the keyboard Co provide outstanding customer service.

Very nice keyboard. Solid and with a very nice touch. I wanted blue switches but they were not available so I went for brown but very happy nonetheless. Less noise but still great sound and feel. Leds are very bright. Let’s see if letters will fade with time.
I choose TNT for delivery, the shop was very fast and customs were handled for me the same day the keyboard arrived in Italy.
Overall a great experience and product

Overview
The first 105 Key “Majestouch-2” keyboard from master keyboard makers – Filco. This Keyboard combines the high quality typing feel of Cherry MX switches, steel mounted in a rock solid body with full N-key Rollover function, all put together in a very slick package. N-Key Rollover allows multiple simultaneous key presses to be recognized by your computer. A big help for the superfast typist or serious gamer. These keyboards just make you want to type.
