Uno V4 (IR) is a single key or encoder keyboard with a built in IR demodulator so you can point a remote control at your computer and make it do things. It has a hot-swap socket for an MX style switch (no soldering required) and mounting holes for a rotary encoder, you can use either the switch or encoder but not both, the encoder will require soldering and one securing pin doesn't have a solder hole but it can be bent out the way or cut off, it's not needed.
The keyboard runs on KMK firmware, some programming required.
