The query I had about this item was answered by email next day so i ordered it online and it arrived in a few days. It was for my wife and she is very pleased with its quiet but positive key action. I prefer a keyboard with a more noisy positive mechanical action so last year I ordered from the Keyboard Company a Unicomp keyboard made in the US which has served me well
