Extremely pleased with this purchase. The keyboard is a fantastic functional and consmetic addition to my setup. The keys are very tactile, with a good amount of comfortable resistance – making each keystroke both satisfying to press, while reducing the risk of accidental presses. The sound is very pleasant too; whilst audible, the keys don’t sound thin or tinny – each press has a nice muted tone that makes fast typing nice to listen too without becoming jarring. The added foam to the space bar also reduces any form of loud, clanky, or hollow resonance, further adding to a nice experience. The Yellow Banana switches are also very responsive, so when you’re playing a fast paced game, there is virtually zero noticable input delay. Cosmetically, it couples very nicely with my Silverstone FLP02, and has a very nice old-school IBM aesthetic; perfect for people wanting to make cost-effective sleeper builds. Coming from an ex-Corsair user, it’s also nice not having to download yet again more software to edit macro’s, control lighting, etc. The browser based editor is easy to use, neatly layed out, and takes no time at all to update the keyboard’s built-in system memory. All in all, very very happy with the keyboard, and a strong recommendation to anyone wanting an inexpensive, functional, and cosmetically pleasing peripheral.
