Built to last
The perfect blend of technology and art.
Cherry MX Brown Switch – Tactile
The Cherry MX brown switches have a tactile bump when the activation point is hit without the audible click of the ‘blue’ switch. This feedback helps to increase typing speed by reducing effort needed to push the keys all the way down.
Oversized volume knob & dedicated media controls
With its large volume knob, Das Keyboard 4 allows users to quickly adjust volume while on a Skype call, in a Google hangout, or streaming online music. The Das Keyboard 4 also provides quick access to dedicated media controls such as mute, play, pause, next and previous track. A quick-access instant sleep button has been added to save energy while going to lunch or attending meetings.
N-Key
Gamers and fast typists will love to hear that Das Keyboard 4 supports full n-key rollover (NKRO) over USB. No need to use a PS2 adapter anymore. Just press shift + mute to toggle NKRO.
Full n-key rollover works with Windows, Linux.
Blank & ultimate
Type faster than you ever thought possible on one of these blank babies. The Das Keyboard 4 Ultimate is a completely blank keyboard for ultimate typists and gaming enthusiasts.
Footbar = ruler
We got tired of those itty bitty plastic keyboard feet. They are fragile and typical. The magnetically detachable Das Keyboard footbar raises the keyboard to an optimal 4-degrees. It looks sharp and can be used as a precise ruler when not in use as a footbar. 16-Inch red ruler is scaled on both sides. A ruler? Why notï¾…
Every detail matters
Featuring a stunning look, Das Keyboard 4 Professional has been completely redesigned with a sleek anodized aluminum top panel, a resonance-free bottom enclosure, a magnetically attached footbar, and a laser-engraved aluminum bottom labelï¾… all which make the design feel more badass and the typing feel more responsive.
There is no detail too tiny for us.

Switch Type: CHERRY MX Blue Layout: Blank (UK/EU ISO)
If you need a solidly built 104/105-key keyboard that takes no liberties with the standard key layout and is reasonably priced for what you get, Das Keyboard 4 Pro and Ultimate are a good choice, differing only in keycaps. I have been using the US variant of the Ultimate for the past five years and enjoy it today as much as the day I received it. I have now purchased the ISO variant and am just as pleased with it. The built-in 2-port 5-Gbps USB hub is a nice plus. I have also been using a 4C-TKL which is just as pleasant, but with a 480-Mbps hub. I would avoid the Root model since it lacks NKRO which, to me, is a must-have.

Really good keyboard. The build quality is excellent and it feels great to type on. Daskeyboard have made a customer for life with this one.
The keyboard co have also been excellent to buy from. My keyboard arrived within days.
I look forward to buying from these companies again.

I love it. Feels great, confuses people on account of having no letters (which is a win), works. 5 stars. Quick delivery and good comms from The Keyboard Company too. I didn’t want to pay £125+ for a keyboard but I’m glad I did after thinking about it for so long.

Fantastic keyboard. I’ve been using the very first iteration of Das Keyboard for 20 years and it’s finally started getting a bit flaky so I got this as a replacement. It feels fantastic under the fingers and has a real quality build to it.
If you want a keyboard to go the distance there’s no point in buying anything else.

The rite of passage for the truly worthy. Whilst this design has a few years on it now and there are other options available, nothing else quite makes the statement like rocking a Das Ultimate.
This keyboard strikes fear into the hearts of all those who oppose you in the office… You don’t need backlighting, you don’t need macros, you don’t even need key markings. A solid, elegant design for a more civilised age.
This is my second one – my first was in brown and lasted 11 years before multiple drink spills and alcohol cleanups finally took their toll. It still works OK, except for numpad 0 and +.
I’ve just replaced it with this one, in blue. I think browns are maybe slightly faster due to the reduced activation pressure, but the blues are just so much fun!
Don’t be afraid to get yourself one of these bad boys.

A solid keyboard. I have been a Das keyboard user for a long time and this one has more firm typing experience than the previous model I had. Would recommend for anyone looking for a high end typing experience.
