Great keyboard! Solid build, sits firmly in place on my desk and doesn’t skid around like ‘normal’ Keyboards. Cherry blue switches are clicky but not as ‘clacky’ on this as some other mechanical keyboards. The feedback from the keys is great as you would expect from Cherry MXs. Definitely a typist’s choice!

Money well spent!
I had two MKs already but I still want another because I love them. Looking for a wireless MK, there is Filco Covertible. The Filco board’s quality is top-notch, the sound is great and the bluetooth connection is almost flawless. I switch occasionally between Windows 10, Ubuntu 16 and Android, all are ok.
About Keyboardco, the shipping was fast as advertised. I’m considering buying another MK from this company.
From France.
Never say no to Filco.

Second one of these I have bought, this time with brown switches.
Great keyboard, just like the first. The only issue I have with the keyboard is that occasionally when using bluetooth the key stick and repeat for about 5 time more than you want to press.
This doesn’t happen that often and does not happen when I use it in USB mode, which I try to do most of the time.
It could also have something to do with being on a Mac, which makes the mapping a little different as well.

Absolutely love this keyboard. It’s really well made and looks really slick.
Pairing and switching between computers is really quick and easy as well.
I haven’t had a change to fully road test the battery life yet, but so far so good.
I do work on a Mac so there is some mapping that needs to be done to the keys if you don’t want to get used to a new layout, but that is to be expected.

A fantastic keyboard that’ll last many years. Exactly what I was looking for with the customisable keys.
Fast and prompt service from the Keyboard Company.

Very, very sturdy and solid build. Filco is THE brand. This is premium. But still I would like more layout options, for instance – larger ENTER for smaller left shift or BACKSPACE.
The connection is solid, easy to set up, works great. It has auto sleep function after 30 min, that you should keep in mind and it takes about 1-2 sec to wake up if you press anything. Sadly though, this feature cannot be switched off. Anyway, Filco doesn’t have any keyboard configuration software or something… so you get a solid product, works great, trusty kind plug and play. Very classic, nice. BUT if you want a customizable mechanical board, lights, properties etc… this is not for you. Just saying.

Seller review
Five star to seller for packaging and shipping.
Product Review
Overall I love this keyboard
I might be wrong but so far what I have researched, currently there are only two good quality wireless mechanical keyboards on market(Filco Convertible 2 and Logitech G613). I didn’t go for G613 as the palm rest is non-detachable.
If you are looking for a simple(no RGB lighting) full size wireless mechanical keyboard this is the one for you.
Pros
Wireless(Bluetooth)Wired
Its heavy compared to other keyboards and built qulity looks good. There are 4 rubber pads at bottom of keyboard and it won’t move even easily.
Cons
Bluetooth configuration – First time configuring is a pain, i believe its the same with most bluetooth devices, deducted one start for that
Price is higher compared to G613, but I can’t say much about G613 build quality.

This keyboard is solid and heavy as a rock. Even using the same switches (mine has browns) as other brands, this feels much better as the sound is deeper and quieter.
The ability to switch the bluetooth connection between four different computers is a great addition and I wish mice offered it as well. My only (little) complaint is the Filco logo on top of the num-pad. I’d rather prefer it on the front-right, like the TKL model.
100% happy with my purchase and I totally recommend it to any typist or coder.

Great keyboard! Solidly constructed, and very very nice to type on. I can almost feel my typing speed and accuracy getting better! Yes, they’re a bit noisier than a standard cheap USB keyboard, but really not by much. Pairing is straightforward, though I could actually do with more than 4 pair slots! The only problem I’ve had is that the @ and ” symbols (and a few others) are swapped when paired to an iPhone and iPad, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to change either the keyboard or iDevice’s configuration. However, I’m still very impressed, and I’m considering getting a second one for work!

I didn’t know such quality keyboards existed in the UK until I did some research. I called The Keyboard Company who recommended the Filco Convertible 2 and it’s absolutely perfect in all areas. I love it! Thanks guys!

This is my first experience with a Mechanical Keyboard. It was heavier than expected, but that has proved to be non-detrimental. If anything, it adds to the solid feel and the overall experience of using this keyboard. It is very easy to switch devices, and to go from wired to wireless. The inclusion of charging from USB would be a welcome one, but the battery life seems long so it’s not a major issue. Overall I feel much happier with this keyboard than any other I’ve tried. I’d recommend it to all.

Very impressed with the typing experience and solid build. It’s essentially the already excellent Filco Majestouch-2 with Bluetooth, removable mini USB and media keys accessed via the function layer.
Compared to other mechanical keyboards with the same Cherry MX Brown switches the typing feel on this is noticeably better with great stabilisation on the larger keys.
My only criticism is that when connected via USB a key press is still required to wake the keyboard. This power saving feature should only be required when using Bluetooth.
Filco have kept things simple and added a reliable wireless solution to an already proven keyboard line, highly recommended.

This keyboard is great. Lovely feel to it; very solid build quality. The design is simple but comfortable to use and being able to swap between 4 devices on the fly is very useful indeed. The only extra feature I’d like to have is recharging via USB cable but it’s not that difficult to keep an extra set of batteries around and it doesn’t go through them fast either.
I haven’t encountered any signal problems over Bluetooth and there’s no noticeable delay on input, even when typing fast or for a long period of time.
I would recommend this keyboard.

— Introduction —
Received the keyboard only recently so I’ve only been able to test it shortly. So far the keyboard definitely delivers what was promised.
From what I’ve read about the keyboard the majestouch series are some of the best, so I was quite happy when I read about the plans for a nordic layout. It’s quite hard findig a mechanical bluetooth keyboards on the market with nordic layout, believe me.
— Build quality — 4/5
Pros +
The keyboard has a very good build quality with the awesome mechanical cherry mx brown switches.
Is quite heavy, making it feel quite sturdy.
Cons –
Letters and symbols on the keys are printed on, not back-lit like most other premium keyboards. In my experience these printed letters will wear off with extensive use. I suppose no backlighting is a way to save battery, so it’s definitely a tradeoff.
— Bluetooth connectivity — 5/5
Pros +
You can connect it to 4 different bluetooth devices, I’ve only tried 2 so far, but it is working flawlessly. You simply press a combination on the keyboard itself to switch between your devices. I have yet to have any connectivity issues.
Cons –
I guess the only con I can think of is that it could store more than 4 bluetooth devices. It’s not what I would ever need though.
— Battery — 5/5
They claim that the keyboard lasts for 6 months with 5 hours of use every day, that is about 900 hours if my math isn’t failing me. I have yet to test this though.
— Innovation — 5/5
The fact that you can switch between bluetooth devices as a moments notice and even connect it with USB if you really need it shows how innovative filco is. No other company that I’ve read about has done this or any variation of it (could be wrong of course, can’t read everything).
— My setup —
The reason I need this particular keyboard is because I sometimes play games and use my computer directly from my sofa (with a Couch Master from nerdytech), which is 10 meters and a wall away. To achieve a good bluetooth connection through all this I’ve installed a bluetooth extender on my computer (AirCable host xr4). I’ve already got a bluetooth mouse, so all I needed more was a nordic layout bluetooth mechanical keyboard. I also add recepies to our digital cookbook (a lenovo pad) with this keyboard, as one of its paired devices.
— Overall — 5/5
Awesome keyboard so far, I will update with new information as I encounter new thoughts. Definitely recommended.

Wow, just wow.
My first mechanical keyboard, and I have to say I’m impressed beyond my wildest expectations. The click-y feel is absolute joy to type with, nothing short of that.
The physical design is solid, and though key configurations are minimal, they’ll match the needs of almost all QWERTY typists.
The 4 wireless profiles prove very useful – I can quickly switch from my home to work laptops!
The volume control mappings are somewhat awkward, (with F1, F2 and F3 mapped to Vol.Up, Vol.Down and Mute, correspondingly), but that’s something that I’ll get used to eventually.
The only downside is that I’m hesitant to bring it to the work place, in fear of being lynched by people who can’t tolerate the amount of noise the blue switches produce 🙂
Definitely recommended!

First mechanical keyboard that I own, but I’ve tested a few i the past. And I’m not so impressed, especially for a reputable brand such as Filco.
Construction quality seems far from high. The keys wobble if you move them from the top, especially the space and Esc (though this now seem to affect typing experience). Also, my standard of comparison are not mechanical keyboards, but mostly the Thinkpad notebook keyboard and the apple aluminum desktop keyboard. Both gave a sense of well-make that is lacking in this keyboard.
The keys themselves seem a bit undersized to me: I have large long fingers and I’m used with thinkpad and mac aluminum kbs that I know have kind of oversized and ovespaced keys.
Also, the MX brown switches seem at the same time kind of mushy, too deep keypress distance (from my prev experience with good quality notebook keyboards), too noisy (though the noise seems to come from keycap hitting backplate or something, not the switch itself) and not crisp enough (yeah, they are tactile, I can feel with certainty when the key was pressed, but they feel a bit too linear in response or something like that, it’s hard to describe, there’s not that 0 or 1 feel or completely pressed or not pressed at all, nothing in between).
This sounds pretty self-contradictory, I know 🙂
I guess the idea desktop keyboard for me would be a desktop version of old-school Thinkpad keyboards (I think they had spring + scissor switches?). Don’t think this exists, though.
But overall, this is a solid classic desktop keyboard and mx-brown switches are great for precision typing, nothing to reproach here.

Goodness, where to start with this keyboard.
A little bit about me first I guess. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it has gotten to the point where I am not having some trouble with feeling in my fingertips, in particular when using a keyboard.
So I was looking for a keyboard that had a tactile feel and was wireless. I actually almost thought there was no keyboard out there that would fit the bill at the moment until I found the Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 with Cherry MX Blue Switches.
I got both the tactile feel and wireless that I wanted and it was nice to know the blue switches were not as loud as I was worried they would be.
BONUS: I am a fast typer, averaging around 92-94 words per minute, and I was also worried that because the keyboard was wireless that it would not be able to keep up. It does and the last time I took a typing test, I was able to break 100 wpm. This isn’t to gloat but just to let people know that the keyboard does keep up.

Thanks for your follow-up, I have received the keyboard it is my first mechanical keyboard and I really like it!
