The world’s first double function key Bluetooth keyboard!
Majestouch MINILA Air is the MINI LAyout version of Majestouch and we’ve made it as compact as possible by sharing Function keys with other keys, it’s most striking feature is the “double function keys” located on each side of the spacebar.
It has the same key pitch and Cherry MX key switching as our famous Majestouch keyboards.
We focused on the least frequently used digits, the thumbs, and let them work with the Function keys.
Just keep your thumbs busy and you’ll get a lot of work done much easier than on a normal keyboard!
You can use whichever thumb you want.
This keyboard can work well for anybody!
Professionals, intermediate or even beginner class!
Once you get used to typing on MINILA Air, you will not want to go back typing on a normal keyboard!

You can use MINILA Air even more conveniently with FN keys
You can type cursor keys with a combination of FN key.
Pressing FN key and E/S/D/F simultaneously corresponds to up/left/down/right respectively.
With this solution, you can keep your home position and still type arrows very easily.
Pressing FN key plus the [:;] key simultaneously functions as backspace.
This will allow you to command backspace without changing your home position.
These combinations will offer you a faster typing environment.

I ordered this keyboard because I wanted small, wiresless and to delve into the world of switched keys…. initially I was not at all sure about it – it seemed too noisy and I kept hitting the wrong keys and the lack of function keys was annoying, although there was never any question on its build quality which is excellent… also I had some problems with it not always working with my computer…
So, firstly, the last problem: it was because I had also paired it with my laptop which was on and nearby… simple answer here was to only pair it with one active machine!!! Since then it’s been rock solid.
Secondly, the noise – I have purchased (for about £5) some little rubber rings which dampen the sound a bit – also, after time, I realise I have become lighter touch with the keyboard.
The function key problem is sometimes still a bit of a pain (I am a developer and use F-keys a lot), but I’ve got used to it.
Overall, I’ve grown to absolutely love this keyboard – it’s a bit like a VW beetle – a bit impractical at times, but such a joy to use and look at – so much more fun than your average microsoftlogitech device… and a wonder combination of tiny and bulletproof – I honestly think I’ll be leaving this in my will! If you want a bit different and can allow yourself to be flexible, then you may just find you fall in love with this unique device.

I am absolutely delighted with this — it is everything I hoped it would be and more. It is a dream to type on, paired easily with my iPad pro, and appears to have only one small defect — there’s no light to indicate when caps lock is engaged.

Great quality keyboard with quite a bit of weight to it. Because of the sturdy construction the keys are quieter than I was expecting.
There are three things you will have to get used to: Esc key is in the number row and the two more significant things are that the delete and right shift keys are only the width of a standard key so you will have to learn to hit them correctly.
Really like if for my complete wireless setup.

Very godd keyboard. It is super well built and i get the feeling it will last me a lifetime. Been using it for almost 6 months now and bluetooth works perfect and haven’t changed the battery yet. A true delight!

I bought this keyboard because the ones with a nordic layout were sold out. (The german and nordic layouts are very similar.) My plan was initially to remap the fn-keys to something more useful, but it turned out I had done my research poorly — those keys *can’t* be remapped using software! This was disappointing at first, but then I discovered there were many very neat combos to use with those fn-keys, such as page updown, arrow keys, my os x keys (I’m on a Macbook Pro mid 2016) etc. So it would actually have been silly (for me) to remap them anyway.
What I did though was to use the mechanical pegs on the flip side to switch caps lock–left control, and then use Karabiner Elements to remap the left option, left command and right app keys to mimic the mac keyboard. Everything else works exactly as I want it to.
The build of this keyboard is excellent. It is heavy for its size, doesn’t move on the desk and the key switches are very, very good. The bluetooth connectivity seems impeccable. Due to the minimal size of the keyboard, it is ok to have a regular (bluetooth) mouse to the right — I don’t feel that I need a rollermouse or anything like I do when I am on a full size keyboard and have to stretch my right arm to reach a regular mouse. So this keyboard really works for me.
All in all my desk is so much neater now, and I have the best keyboard I have had for decades. I recommend this product.

This is an incredibly well built mechanical keyboard. One of the best I’ve seen even in wired varieties. The price is amazing for this high quality of product. I had been looking for a mechanical with built-in wireless capability. I couldn’t be happier.
While I love the compact size, those that do not touch type might find the very small shift keys take some getting use to. Personally, I love the layout and the clever use of function keys.

Good build , layout require some getting use to but after some time getting use to the small spacebar was no issue at all. Very disappointed that I can’t use it also with USB connection which I was sure I can had to a better homework before as I don’t need most of the time only BT connection.

Was very pleased with the keyboard upon arrival and after a week of use.
Build quality and the weight of the keyboard is suberb.
I have not had any problems with the BT connection. Worth mentioning is that i use a BT adapter rather than having a motherboard which can support the connection.
Everything comes down to personal reference and whether you will like the layout or not.
Cons for me:
– Backspace keypad a bit small but not a problem.
– Used to using right Shift for question marks (example) but trying to switch to left because right shift is to small as well.
Other than that i am really happy and the set up at home is clean which was the purpose of buying this keyboard.

I’ve been using this keyboard for a couple of days. I really like it, it has a quality heavy build to it. It’s so nice to not have any cables. I haven’t noticed any lag while gaming Battlefield or CS:GO and so far no connectionproblems.
Cons:
– The backspace key is very small and I constantly hit the key next to backspace instead
– The right shiftkey is also very small and hard to hit without looking
Hopefully I will get used to this after a month or two because I usually never look at the keyboard while writing but with this one I have to.

I bought this keyboard some days ago, and I must say that I am very pleased with it. It takes a teeny tiny bit of time to get used to, due to the compact design, but when you have gotten used to it, it has a very nice feel to it, and it is awesome.

It was a wedding anniversary present for my husband and he is delighted to have a proper keyboard at last.We were both really impressed with the spare keys that allowed some layout changes.
