I've been using two of these for several years (left hand and right hand) and switching from left to right whenever I sense fatigue or pain. In my case I felt the pain on the inside of my arm just under the armpit and sometimes on the chest wall adjacent. So far it has completely stopped the pain if I remember to switch.
