First of this mouse will leave your hand feeling great the next morning,after a fairly long session at your desk.
You will wonder why you did not do so sooner!?
Muscle memory will kick in after a few days,having got used to those torture devices we call The Mouse
This device has no scroll wheel!? But you will soon find that you have the keys on your board to carry out that function,so all is not lost.
So overall a very basic mouse 3 buttons! Left,right, middle click the 3rd button being on the joystick it self,same as a scroll wheel click.
Lastly I do think it's a bit pricey for what is essentially a basic mouse, it's well made,the buttons are not what your used to on a standard mouse,but function well.
Your hand will be doing summersaults,when it doesn't feel the pain anymore.
Do measure your hand though as this really makes a difference in comfort.
