I ordered the Keychron K8 as my first mechanical keyboard and have been very happy with my choice in the short time I've had it so far.
The service and advice I received before making my purchase was excellent. It even ended up saving me £10, (Thank you Bruce) as it was accurately pointed out that I likely wouldn't need the ability to hot-swap the switches.

After a good 7 weeks of using this every day for work i can say this is one of the most comfortable keyboards. Really easy to use, good set up and thoroughly enjoyable. I use this for work, mainly as. typist so couldnt say for gaming. The keyboard is very well made, good sound and feel when using it. It does sound slightly tinny as there is a lot of room under the the actual board and the base but ive got used to it and dont notice as much now. Really pleased with this purchase.

Amazing quick delivery from KC would 100% recommend. Packaging was brilliantly sturdy too so no Keyboard box was in perfect nick. Keyboard itself is ace, I previous had a Corsair K70 RGB (Cherry Clears) and the linear keys on the Keychron as so much more quiet in comparison. I literally can't hear the space key and the touch of the keys are very pleasant soft to the touch.

Typing with this keyboard right now. My first mechanical keyboard, feels great and the features are fantastic. I use it for work on a macbook via bluetooth and on my windows pc for games. Makes it super easy to switch between the two at the end of the day with the switches.

First mechanical keyboard I've enjoyed using. Trying to get a decent mech keyboard that isn't obnoxiously gamer wasn't easy, but I also wanted the UK layout and a tasteful design that wasn't black. If you have similar criteria, I'd recommend. Delivery was quick and painless.

A fantastic keyboard of high quality. Great to type on. Be aware that the switch is on MAC by default, not windows. Was having big problems until I realized I I was being stupid.

I bought a Keychron K8 to use on a MacBook M1 2020, I experience shoulder and arm pain which seems to be currently exacerbated by flat keyboards (I used the Apple Magic Keyboard). I find the Keychron a pleasure to use, it looks great and feels great. The service from Keyboard Company was good also, a proper customer facing business.
