Fantastic keyboard and excellent customer service. I went with the browns and it has been flawless so far - really enjoy the tactile and muted keystrokes. Only downside would be that its not full metal with a rotary switch - I know the Q series exists but they arent wireless!

Ironically I left this review a little bit longer than I intended to, but my opinion of has not changed in the slightest since the day I first used it.

I swapped from a Logitech G512, which was just too large for my new desk setup with it's massive numpad that I hardly used. I decided I wanted something of a similar quality, but smaller and less reliant on software.

You'd be surprised how hard it is to find a tenkeyless UK-ISO keyboard that is pre-assembled, software free, of a decent build quality, and not about to mug you for every £££ you have.

I had been recommended Keychron in the past, so I look it up and they do not ship to the UK directly - but luckily their partner KeyboardCo does! It was out of stock, but once it came back in, I ordered it as fast as the website would let me.

It arrived with no issues, and I loved the build quality of it - was just as good as, if not better than my G512!

Now, I'm not personally a fan of the colour Keychron chose for their caps - Grey and orange on black irks me, so I changed them out for Steelseries Prism caps, which I think look pretty damn good.

If Keychron is listens to these review, please make a model of these that comes with black caps (or even better black pudding caps) because it genuinely looks fantastic with them!

TDLR - If you want a quality pre-assembled tenkeyless for a decent price, this (or the pro version if you want QMKVIA) are the ones to go for

Very nice keyboard, pairs up easily with laptops. The hot-swappable option means it's easy to set the correct keys to match Windows Mac layouts. The weight of the aluminium body makes it stable on the desk. I didn't see the need to use a wrist rest, when not using the built-in legs.

The keyboard is pretty good for office use. Also, a pretty good entry level mechanical keyboard with bluetooth function. I would say the down sides for this keyboard would be the switches could be better (the gateron brown has a lot of wobble) and not the whole case of the keyboard is metal.

I switched to this board from a Razer Huntsman TE and I could not be happier. The Gateron Brown switches are much better for typing and the board itself is very sturdy and very high quality, keycaps could be slightly better however. But with hot-swappable switches I feel like I won't buy another keyboard in a long time.

Just bought my second one of these to use in work, to match one I bought for home about a year ago. I much prefer the feeling of this to the Filco I previously had - the action is smoother and I get much less fatigue in my fingers.

The one I just bought also has an improvement over the model from a year ago which has fixed a minor weak point: the lettering on the keycaps has been made slightly bolder. It is now much easier to read the keys, especially when the backlight is off, but it also looks better with the backlighting on.

Nice mechanical keyboard. Smooth ordering and quick delivery.
Keyboard loses bluetooth connection occasionally and has to be repaired.

Super responsive customer service, quick delivery.
The K8 is just perfect for me also didn't resist and bought another K3 :).
Comparing K8 with K3 on K3 back light is brighter however the feelings are much better on K8.
If you buy K8 i suggest wrist rest to be considered as well as the profile is quite high...
Nothing than that .

A very good mechanical keyboard with RGB backlighting. That has both Windows and Mac keycaps. You can use it on up to 3 Bluetooth devices that you can switch between with a click of a button or use it wired via a USB C cable.
My only issue is that the stock keycaps paint etc wears very quickly, as least if you remove them with the puller tool. However, they of course are replaceable.

This is my first mechanical keyboard and is being used for office/productivity/programming. The quality seems superb, with a very solid build. The Gateron brown switches offer nice feedback and while they are definitely not silent, they are not *too* clicky. In terms of ergonomics, the keyboard is high at the front edge, but I've so far managed without a wrist-rest. The backlighting is not very visible in daylight, but has been nice at dusk or later - and it adds a bit of colour to the home office! Bluetooth worked fine with iPad and laptop, although I'm currently using it wired. Overall, this has satisfied my curiosity about a mechanical keyboard without spending another 50% on some other brands!

I was looking for a mechanical keyboard that has ISO layout and Mac support. So, the options were very limited. I came across K8 on youtube reviews and ordered it through Keyboardco (As Keychron does not ship to Turkey). Shopping experience was very good with Keyboardco. I received the keyboard in about 2 weeks and works perfectly.

Being an Apple Magic Keyboard for 7+ years, it is a little hard to get used to a thick keyboard like K8 but I think I can overcome this issue pretty quickly. Original keycaps look and feel fantastic. Backlight brightness is more than enough. There are no issues with bluetooth connectivity. It was so easy to pair with my mac and there is no delay at all.

The Keychron K8 is a solid option for a mechanical keyboard in a proper UK ISO layout, as it seems there isn't many these days. I went with the Gateron Brown switches and have since replaced the keycaps and added foam to the keyboard for a more suppressed sound as it can sound a bit tingy because of the empty space when stock. The keyboard has all the key buttons and has a great feel when typing. Coming from a Razer mechanical board, this feels great!

The service from KeyboardCo was outstanding as well, and they made a last minute change to the order very quickly. Would highly recommend.

A great solid mechanical keyboard. Keyboard is very responsive and feels great. Prefer this K8 to the new low-profile K3. Additional modsenhancement I've added were silicone dampers under the keycaps and neoprene within the housing for a more better feel and sound. Look forward to changing the keycaps in future. Also, great service, fast shipping and communication from Keyboardco. Highly Recommended!

I upgraded to this keyboard from a Logitech G413, as I wanted to have a fully wireless setup with a TKL keyboard.

The keyboard itself offers really great value for money and is a nice starting point from where you can build an upgrade (foam mod, lube the switches, change the keycaps if wanted) as it's easy to take apart and work on it.

I'm using it on the PC and iPad and works great both on Bluetooth or in wired mode.
Initially, I was a bit concerned about the lag that the keyboard would have when used in Bluetooth mode, but so far haven't had any issues with it.

The only downside would be the lighting, as it's not bright enough, however, it's not a deal-breaker and I'm happy with how it looks stock.

The keys themselves feel a bit soft, but it's to be expected with Gateron Browns. I've ordered new springs, switch films and some lube, so I'm going to mod it as I please.

Overall I would definitely recommend it and I'll give a thumbs up to KeyboardCo as well for processing the order in a timely manner.

First mech keyboard purchase and I am really happy with it. I spend a lot of time at the computer for work and up until now have been using a Logitech rubber dome, also UK ISO which I can't do without. Moving to the Gateron Brown switches has made typing seem smooth and effortless. The Keychron itself is clearly very well made and solid, and so far the bluetooth has been faultless. I'm not a huge fan of RGB in general, so have that turned off.

I have had to purchase a wrist rest due to the height of the keyboard, but that's the only remotely negative point I have about this keyboard.

KeyboardCo have been great as well, would highly recommend for fast delivery and good service!

Fantastic keyboard, cannot fault it. Its quite high so I find it needs to sit behind a wrist rest, but in terms of design, quality, size, functionality and looks, it is the best Ive ever used. It also weighs a lot, which is reassuring and a refreshing change from cheapo plastic keyboards. Not used Keyboard Co before but will be returning due to exceptionally good purchasing experience!
