Great keyboard. This was my first mechanical keyboard and I'm astounded that I hadn't gotten one sooner. Working as tech professionals, we are always taught to master our tools. I never thought this extended to physical equipment and was completely happy using my cheap membrane keyboard.
Boy, was I wrong. Using a mechanical keyboard actually boosted my output by letting me not have to guess if I actually hit a key: improving my typing speed. The backlight is great and the functions of the keyboard are really easy to grasp. I looked at the short instruction page for about 5 minutes and haven't needed to refer to it since. Bluetooth pairing was simple for my Mac and it works fine on my Linux machine in wired mode. Overall, this is an excellent product and extremely versatile.
My only criticism is that there isn't a battery indicator on the keyboard. But the charge lasts for weeks with constant use so should rarely become an issue. Wired mode removes this problem entirely.
I wholly recommend the K10 to anyone unsure if they think they'd like a mechanical keyboard. It's a great product that I now use daily and plan to for a long time to come.

This is difficult review to write.
I have been waiting nearly a year for the UK layout of the K10 and am so happy to finally have one. It feels awesome and looks great.
And I would have given it 5 stars easily if ... the Bluetooth worked.
