Great keyboard in limited desktop space in my lab. Robust and clear with satisfying tactile action. Customer service is tip-top (going back some years!)

Very happy to own this keyboard personally, as I've been using one for work for the last 3 years. Excellent for both Mac and PC, although I may need to get some custom keys to show the keybind differences.

The brown cherry switches are fantastic for typing, being light enough that finger strain is rare even when working all day, whilst being tactile enough that touch typing is fast and easy.

Great quality, excellent typing feel, first time owning a keyboard with Cherry MX Browns. Customer service is A+, which is always a bonus!

Switched from blue switches to browns with this keyboar, finding it easier to actuate and substantially less noisy. If you do a lot of typing in a room with other people its something worth considering.
Keyboard is of very solid construction and I have nothing to complain about wrt it. tenkeylessmodel is perfectly sized.
At this price point I do not know how you could go wrong.

This is my first mechanical keyboard since I used a Commodore-64 and other 8-bit systems in my youth! I'd previously been using a rubber-dome IBM keyboards.

I spoke with Bruce who was most helpful and didn't try to hard sell any particular keyboard. If in doubt speak to the team.

I selected this keyboard as I do use a numeric pad but not very much and so the extra desk space is useful as my hand has to travel less to reach the track ball. I write software for a living so I sit at my desk all day either writing code, or documenting code or testing code, so I use a keyboard more than 8 hours a day on average. I use the same keyboard for work and home use (via a KVM) and I don't play game much.

The keyboard arrived nice and early much faster than I expected. It was well packaged and survived its trip across the channel. I swapped the windows keys for blanks and plugged it in. I've been using it for a week and so far while I'm still getting used to it I'm very happy.

It's heavy and has rubber feet on all four corners, so it doesn't slip or slide on my desk. I'd prefer to have routing options for the cable, but the centre position is actually fine for how I have my desk aligned at the moment. It doesn't have a USB hub which would be useful, and doesn't it have fancy LEDs which aren't useful to me.

They key caps don't wiggle on top of the switches and travel down in a neat positive manner, there is very little lateral rattle, which is good. As you learn to type without bottoming out, the keys make less noise, if you whack them all the way down, they obviously do make a noise, but the MX brown switches do not make a distinctive click. They keyboard is not silent, but it is no worse than a rubber dome keyboard with regard noise.

You can buy a keyboard with more features for less money and you can also spend a lot more money than I did on this already expensive keyboard. Personally, media buttons, flashy lights and macros don't add value to me so I wasn't bothered with them. If you want a specific keyboard for gaming with macros and other gaming specific keyboards then this probably isn't for you. If you type things for a living then this is the perfect keyboard for you.

The Ten-Key-Less version is only a few quid less than the standard one, and if you don't need the numeric keyboard then the full sized keys but smaller foot print of this TKL version is worth the sacrifice of the numeric keyboard. I think I'd only get the full version if I was working with numbers all the time - it's not worth buying on the off chance that you may use the numeric pad. There is a separate numeric key pad, but I don't work with numbers often enough to merit the paying the price for it.

Is it perfect? No, but for the price you pay for it it is as good as it going to get, because everyone would want slight variations and that would be impractical.

This keyboard is excellent. It feels sturdy, the keys aren't overly loud and it's very satisfying for typing. I owned a much cheaper blue switch keyboard before and this keyboard requires less pressure for typing and is quieter as well. I'm a touch type programmer and this keyboard is spot on.

The only feature I miss versus my previous keyboard is LED backlighting: the keys can be hard to see at night if your fingers aren't resting on the keyboard but it's no big deal.

The order itself went through without any drama and the shipping was fast (I received my keyboard the next day). Definitely no complaints there.

I wanted a keyboard without a number pad as I err towards paper clutter on my desk. This meets that need with the added benefit that it is so much more satisfying to use than my old keyboard. There is a solidity to it, to do quality work one needs quality tools.

Service was brilliant - personal, expert and attentive. The keyboard is brilliant. After an initial adjustment (I found I needed a wrist rest), I am flying away, writing at speeds I couldn't before and enjoying the feel and sound of it! Thank you.

Great keyboard and better than the cheap Chinese mechanical one I had before with MX Blues. Went for Brown this time. It's not just about the switches as the electronics are more consistent and the letters come out in consistently the right order as it's less on the edge if that makes sense.

Great service from The Keyboard Co and fast delivery too :-)

Im a software engineer and had this keyboard for almost 10 years, using it at work. It is still fully functional, after HEAVY use.
This keyboard is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended. I have the brown switch variant. I can no longer go back to other keyboards, as my fingers start hurting.
Due to recent events, Ive had to work from home, and dearly missed my keyboard, so I had to get another one. Slightly disappointed that the key caps on my new keyboard have a slight blue tinge, whereas my previous purchase had actual black key caps.
The lack of the number pad might put some people off. Because I have narrow shoulders, I would frequently slam my mouse against the keyboard, so a narrower keyboard allows unimpeded use of a mouse. A separate num pad can be purchased if you really need one.

Excellent keyboard, absolutely love typing on it. I replaced the keycaps not long after I got it but the caps it comes with are fantastic. This is my first time buying a mechanical keyboard that isn't gaming branded and I'm in love! Hopefully this treats me well for years to come. May even buy another one for the second pc, once you've typed on this you aren't going back.

Thanks to Helen for the fantastic customer service when I called about an error I made with my order. Really friendly and happy to help. Surprised how fast it showed up as well.

My second excellent Filco keyboard, a tenkeyless this time, not that there is anything wrong with the first one but this was for my daughters laptop. She originally wanted a Varmilo because they look better but they were out of stock, she's very happy with the Filco.
Excellent service from Keyboard Co, friendly, quick delivery, well packaged.
