Hello from Germany,
being a fan of the chunky Matias Ergo Pro with its incredibly well fabricated split design, I am short of replacement parts here in Germany hence had to search for an international supplier.
Luckily The Keyboard Company was listed on the official Matias webpage and shortly after ordering the palm support I was contacted by the lovely costumer support, which assisted me until the shipping has arrived at my house here in Germany, which took about a week due to customs(+15 Euros^^').
Regarding the palm rests I am very pleased as well. They look qualitatively fabricated and comfortably take the weight of your arms by providing, what I assume, gel cushions. I would highly recommend to get one of these bad boys after the gel cushions get a bit weary. The support is very important while coding I think.
I hope to be able to source high qualitative products in the future and am thankful for the great services provided
