If you need to return a product to us, you will first need an 'RMA' number, this will enable both you and us to track your return.
To obtain an 'RMA' number simply click the 'Returns' button at the top of the page, fill in the form and click 'submit'.
If you have given your e-mail address your 'RMA' number will not only be shown on screen, but also e-mailed to you, if you do not give any form of contact information we will not be able to contact you encase of some problem with your return.
To check the status of your return simply enter your 'RMA' number in the box provided and click 'submit'.
