| If you need to
return a product to us, you will first need an 'RMA' number, this will
enable both you and us to track your return. | |
To obtain an 'RMA' number simply click the 'Returns' button at the top
of the page, fill in the returns form and click 'submit'. | |
If you have given your e-mail address your 'RMA' number will not only
be shown on screen, but also e-mailed to you, if you do not give any form
of contact information we will not be able to contact you in case of a
problem with your return. | |
To check the status of your return simply enter your 'RMA' number in the
box provided and click 'submit'. | | Please note We are not able to handle any returns without an RMA number. |
