The new keyboard is my first proper ergonomic board and I love it! I knew it might take a while to get to grips with but within a week or intermittent usage I was typing faster and with less aches than before! I am a big chap with wide swimmers shoulders and having a raised and angled out keyboard arrangement really helps greatly! certainly would recommend it. Obviously it is essential the workstation is set up properly in every other respect as well and with the new keyboard with its built in wrist support arms being level with the board from the elbow is essential. Certainly recommended!!
