Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order?

The easiest way to order from us is via our website, simply click the 'Add to cart' button of the keyboard you would like to order, choose your destination, carriage method and click 'Checkout'. Then enter your address and card information and you're done.
If you have any problems contact us directly.

I want to return my order?

We offer a 14 day cooling off period during which you may return your goods, we will refund your payment on goods in 'as new' condition, but we ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us. We do not offer a cooling off period on Software.

I think my goods are faulty or damaged.

A lot of technical issues can be sorted out via email or over the phone, please contact before returning your goods.

I am a trade customer interested in reselling your products.

Do you accept order from Businesses, Government departments or Local authorities?

Yes, the easiest way to order is via our website, but we're happy to accept Purchase Orders or phone orders with payment.

When will my order arrive?

We try to despatch orders the day they are placed, however different couriers have different cut off times, and different transit times.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, in your shopping cart is a destination drop down menu, select your destination and should have a choice of shipping methods and costs.
Please note: In non EU countries customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, they vary greatly from country to country and we advise you get in contact with your local customs office for further information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online we accept Visa and Mastercard, debit and credit cards, Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal all without any surcharge.
If you would prefer to pay with cheque, postal order, BACS or cash you will need to contact us directly.

Do I have to pay VAT?

All EU customers will need to pay VAT, if you are an EU business outside of the UK and you have a valid VAT number, you should be able to order without VAT, when ordering enter your VAT number with your address details.
If you are outside of the EU your order should not include VAT however you will be liable for any duties and/or taxes when your goods arrive. Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, they vary greatly from country to country and we advise you get in contact with your local customs office for further information.
Legally we have to declare the actual value of the order sent, we will not be able to mark it as a gift.
Some UK tax exempt organisations may be able to order without VAT for this you will need to contact us directly.
